Project Goal
Our main goals for this platform were to cut down response times by automating answers to common questions, improve customer satisfaction with quick and accurate replies, make it easy to integrate with WhatsApp and other messaging platforms, create a user-friendly interface for all businesses, and build a scalable platform that can grow with increasing user and inquiry demands.
